A huge congratulations to Lucy Skidmore, Olivia Haves and Ismay Dudzinski-Grubb. I have just been to see Jane Eyre The Musical, at The Place, Oakengates..... What an amazing show, with fantastic performances from all of the Cast and musicians. Our three talented girls were superb.

Another busy week at Sheriffhales draws to a close. It's been lovely to work in Class 2 and Class 3 during the week, helping to make the entries for the Create IT awards and  using iPads and animation apps. The children definitely knew lots more about animation than me!

Film Premiere and awards ceremony

Class 3 (and Mrs Preece-Dawson!) are very excited about our film premiere and awards ceremony on Monday after school. Parents of children in Class 3 are invited to the event, which should last for about an hour.

Christmas at Sheriffhales

We would like to wish all of our children, parents and carers a very merry Christmas and a happy, peaceful New Year.

School re-opens for children on Tuesday 6th January 2015.

Yummy Chocolate!

Class 2 enjoyed chocolate treats today.

Huge thanks to Mrs Hodgetts and Mrs Rooney for making the activity possible and to all the parents who sent in lovely fruit with their children.

If we don't get a chance to say, Mrs Hanson, Mrs Neal, Mrs Guy, Mrs Tranter and Miss Hodgkins would like to wish everyone a very happy Christmas.

We are very much looking forward to our Christmas performance this year. Dress rehearsals went well today,  and we are looking forward to sharing the children's hard work with parents and families on Tuesday at 5pm and Wednesday at 9.30am.
